We offer a free delivery and installation service throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and London.

Installation Information 
 
 
All our garden buildings are installed by our highly trained team and the majority of our garden buildings are usually erected within a day. The garden rooms can take upto 5 days as they require more work such as plasterboarding, plastering and electrics. 
 
Before placing your order it is very important to check the following points and advise us if you have any concerns or questions: 
 
1. The base for the garden building need LEVEL and SOLID in order for the garden building to be correctly erected. We recommend a slab, wooden or concrete base. If you are unsure on which base is suitable for you garden building then please do get in touch with us 
2. We need a minimum of 60 cm around the garden building which is free from any obstacles in order to carry out the installation. 
3. We are unable to carry any panels through the house (includes garage) or through neighbouring gardens due to health & safety and insurance reasons. 
4. We require a clearance of 8ft high from where our installers will park the van to where the garden building will be installed. Please also advise us of any tight corners or any potential obstacles. 
5. Our installation team will arrive in one vehicle and the maximum length of our fleet is 5.2m. Can you please advise us BEFORE the installation date of any parking restrictions or if we need a parking permit.
